遵守公司核心經營方針/Shouldworkbycompanycore-operationpriciples;遵守標準操作程序，安全準確有效地操作機器人執行噴涂檢測，記錄、整理、匯報、存檔檢測數據/CanfollowSOP/TMstrictlyandperformthesemi-techdailyworkinsafe,accurateandefficiencyway.Record,analysis,reportandarchivethetestresults.執行非常規的檢測或者實驗室小樣的制作/Candolabbatchorirregulartestforsomespecialpurpose.如有必要，配合同事調查質量事故或客戶投訴/Workwithcolleaguestoinvestigatequalityincidentandcustomercomplaintifnecessary.主管安排的其他工作/OtherworkingarrangedbyLableader.技能及知識要求/Skill&KnowledgeRequired:
理工科相關專業-大專以上學歷/Collegeoraboveeducationinscienceorengineeringfield.較好的動手能力，了解一些實驗室設備和機械知識/Begoodatoperationilabandunderstandequipmentandmechanics.最好在化學相關的實驗室工作過/WorkingexperienceinChemicalLabwillbeaplus;學習能力強，能夠較快接受新事物/Quicklearnandworkwithnewtechnique/knowledge,interestingtotheanalysis/testforcoatingproducts;吃苦耐勞，能夠適應倒班工作/Canworkundertoughconitionandfitwithnightshiftwork;良好的溝通協調能力/Goodskilloncommunication;有一定的英文讀寫能力/CanreadandwriteEnglish;對工作年限無特別要求/Thereisnospecialrequirementonworkingexperience.
