崗位職責：
The person will mainly focus on spray on-line service in China, also do technical service on can body external coatings.
1.Assigned by Sales Director for the specific customers in China.
2.Seeking opportunities of the growth business by performing markets survey, identifying customers’needs.
3.Making plans of market/sales strategy to achieve Sales goals.
4.Introducing and launching the new products to the can coatings industries.
5.Dealing with customers’complaints, and providing technical service to them and giving trouble shooting. communicate customer feed back to technical department.
6.Effectively manage/monitor agent to achieve annual sales target.
7.Create team spirit.
8.Coordinate with logistic department with regular forecast, production/delivery schedule and minimized stock inventory.
9.Feed back market information/trend, competitors’s movement and their sales activities.
