In  order  to  drive  the  sustainable  growth  of  Voltatex?  Impregnating  Resin  and  Wire  Enamel  business  in  China  market,  we  are  going  to  hire  application  development  engineer/  Specialist  to  focus  on  application  development  of  Wind  Industry,  Compressor  Motor  Industry,  Elevator  Motor  Industry,  Electronics  industry  and  Dry  Transformer/Reactor  Industry.  This  individual  will  work  closely  with  specific  industry  customer  to  deeply  understand  customer’s  needs,  give  customer  suitable  solution  based  on  our  product  portfolio  with  aim  to  achieve  business  wins.
The  successful  candidate  must:
1. Have  knowledge  of  insulation  material  and  related  process  requirements.
2. Be  able  to  conduct  hands-on  impregnating  trials  at  application  lab  as  well  as  customer  site.  This  includes  actual  machine  operation  and  process  parameter  setting.
3. Have  excellent  communication  and  present  skill  and  an  ability  to  interact  with  multiple  levels  in  a  customer’s  organization.


Major  Responsibilities:

o Collection  indusry  information  and  analysis  industry  trend
o Create  customer  requirements  list
o Work  closely  with  product  team  and  lab  team  to  design  system  offering  and  design  testing  to  approval  the  system.
o Evaluting  insulation  system  according  to  customer’s  requirement.
o Conduct  trials  on  cusotmer  development
o Timely  communicate  with  customer  and  organize  seminar
o Detailed  and  timely  reporting  of  trial  or  testing  result
o Support  to  launching  new  product  in  specific  industry
o Give  feedback  to  product  team  on  product  improvement

Basic  Requirement:

o Bachelor  degree  in  electrical  engineering,  insulation  engineering,  motor  and  transformer  design
o Min.  5  years  of  working  experience  in  motor  or  transformer  industry.
o Good  application  development  experience  and  strong  negotiation  skills；
o Result  oriented,  logical  thinking,  aggressive  eｘecution.
o Must  be  self-motivated,  work  independently  and  have  the  ability  to  adjust  priorities.
o Willingness  to  take  frequent  business  trips  in  China.
o Good  English  and  Mandarin  skill  including  writing  and  speaking；
o Good  presentation  skill

o Percentage  of  travel  required:  ___50___  %  of  work
