Principle  Accountabilities/  職責(zé)：
1，Work  by  company  core  values/遵守公司核心價(jià)值；
2，Can  follow  SOP/TM  strictly  and  perform  the  daily  work  in  safe,  accurate  and  efficiency  way.  Record,  calculation,  analysis  report  and  archieve  the  test  results；遵守標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序，安全準(zhǔn)確有效地執(zhí)行每日檢測(cè)內(nèi)容，記錄、計(jì)算、分析匯報(bào)存檔檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)；
3，Can  do  lab  batch  or  irregular  test  for  some  special  purpose；執(zhí)行非常規(guī)的檢測(cè)或者實(shí)驗(yàn)室小樣的制作；
4，Work  with  colleagues  to  investigate  quality  incident  and  customer  complaint  if  necessary；如有必要，配合同事調(diào)查質(zhì)量事故或客戶投訴；
5，Other  working  arranged  by  Lab  leader/主管安排的其他工作。
Skill  and  knowledge  required/技能及知識(shí)要求：
Major  or  Science  or  Chemicals  is  a  plus,  college  above  degree；理工科相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)（化工分析專(zhuān)業(yè)），大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷；
Work  experience  on  chemical  lab  will  be  better；有在化學(xué)相關(guān)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作的經(jīng)歷；
Quick  to  learn  and  work  with  new  technique,  interested  in  analysizing/testing  coating  products；學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，能夠較快接受新事物；
Can  work  under  tough  condition  and  fit  with  night  shift  work；吃苦耐勞，  能夠適應(yīng)輪班工作；
Good  skill  on  communication；良好的溝通能力；
No  special  working  requirement  on  working  experience；工作年限不限。
