REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering or management, chemical engineering is preferred.
2.Minimum 2 years experience in Production Management, experience with Deco coating will be a plus
3.Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
4.Mature and responsible leader, able to provide clear direction and guidance to the team.
5.Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
6.Ensure production schedules which meet customer requirements are developed and adhered to

JOB OBJECTIVES:
To achieve the production plans of the company as cost effectively as possible, while optimizing productivity of labor and equipment, at the same time achieving desired quality, SHE, and customer service standards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible for addressing and resolving employee, process, and quality issues in a timely manner
2.Responsible for meeting Operational Excellence goals and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction
3.Directs activities through manufacturing leadership to attain production goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery objectives
4.Responsible for managing scrap, hourly production rate to standard, efficiency, downtime and overtime
5.Coordinates production activities with support functions such as maintenance
