BASIC  REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s  Degree/Masters  Degree  in  Chemistry,  Chemical  Engineering  or  Related  Science.  Ideal  candidates  would  have  a  Chemistry  Degree  with  a  Master  Degree  in  either  Material  Science  or  Corrosion  Engineering.  Alternatively,  would  consider  a  Bachelor’s  Degree  in  a  related  Science  with  vast  corrosion  and  marine  protection  experience.

·  Requires  +5  years  of  successfully  formulating  1  and  2K  heavy  duty  anti-corrosion  coatings  which  would  include:  Polyurethanes,  Epoxies,  Zinc  Rich,  Acrylics,  Aluminum  Rich,  Alkyds,  Heat  Resistant,  Vinyl  Esters,  and  High  Solids  Coatings.  Also  requires  knowledge  of  Industry  and  Marine  Performance  Standards,  all  basic  coatings  calculations,  experience  with  field  and  spray  application,  color  matching,  developing  selling  tools,  solving  production  issues  and  handling  customer  field  complaints. 

·Experience  working  in  the  anti-corrosion  protection  industry.

·Successful  product  development  track  record  a  plus. 

·Fluency  in  English  and  Chinese  Language.

·Strong  Collaboration  Skills  with  Foreign  Experts

·Vast  Network  with  Raw  Material  Suppliers 

·Ability  to  work  all  scheduled  hours  as  needed.
