4.  Optimize  production  process  to  continually  reduce  manufacturing  cycle  times  and  product  cost,  improve  quality  control  and  and  the  overall  performance  of  coatings
優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)過程以減少產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)周期和成本，提高質(zhì)量控制和涂料性能
5.  Work  with  the  production  and  QC  team  to  ensure  that  all  products  are  designed  for  efficient  manufacture  and  meet  quality  requirements
與生產(chǎn)和QC團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，確保所有產(chǎn)品開發(fā)符合質(zhì)量及生產(chǎn)效率要求
6.  Work  with  TSSR  team  in  the  lab  and  the  field  on  trouble  shooting  under  supervisor
與技術(shù)服務(wù)和銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，在指導(dǎo)下解決現(xiàn)場及實(shí)驗(yàn)室出現(xiàn)的涂料應(yīng)用問題
7.  Identify  new  raw  materials  and  technologies  for  raw  material  replacement  to  cost  saving,  single  source  and  urgent  raw  material  shortage
探尋新的原材料和技術(shù)作為替代品以節(jié)約成本，避免原料來源單一和緊缺的問題
8.  Maintain  equipment  and  laboratory  facilities  consistent  with  safety  and  quality  principals
維護(hù)儀器和實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備以符合安全和質(zhì)量要求

Requirements  要求：
1.  A  bachelor’s  degree  in  chemical  engineering,  chemistry,  or  related  fields
本科學(xué)歷,  化工、化學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)
2.  3  years  experience  in  coatings
3年涂料行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3.  Competent  in  written  and  spoken  English
良好的英語寫作和口語能力
4.  Good  presentation  skills.
良好的表達(dá)能力
