1.化工相關專業本科以上學歷
2.5-7年以上在個人護理產品行業原料（護膚、美發、家庭及口腔護理和彩妝）的銷售、市場或工藝流程方面的經驗，有銷售工作經驗者優先考慮
3.有以上相關行業較強的產品或應用技術知識和較強的市場和渠道的認識（供應商、競爭對手、價值鏈）
4.具有較強的市場開拓能力和敏銳的市場洞察力;能夠負責項目管理
5.熟悉市場推廣技巧，有組織和安排研討會和培訓會的經驗
6.有較強的責任心，足夠的耐心，工作認真仔細；
