職位要求：
1.The  incumbent  conduct  routine  QC  tests  and  color  match  according  to  the  relative  SOP  on  in-process  and  finished  Auto  products  to  ensure  the  quality  within  the  specifications.  Approve  the  qualified  products,  control  the  unqualified  products  to  avoid  ship  to  customer.  根據(jù)操作流程對(duì)水性汽車涂料在制品、半成品、成品進(jìn)行配色并檢驗(yàn)，保證制程中的半成品、出廠產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量符合規(guī)格要求。放行檢查合格的成品，控制生產(chǎn)中檢查出的不合格品，避免其流向下道工序。
2.Investigate  quality  abnormal  and  customer’s  complaining.  Take  action  to  the  quality  problem  and  quality  improvement.  調(diào)查質(zhì)量異常和客戶抱怨，分析不良質(zhì)量原因，提出處理方案和改進(jìn)措施。
3.Housekeeping/5S  of  the  QC  lab  Understand  and  Meet  PPG  Tianjin  Quality/EHS  requirements.  Shift  Work.  QC實(shí)驗(yàn)室的清潔維護(hù)、5S提高，理解和滿足公司關(guān)于質(zhì)量體系和EHS體系的要求。倒班工作。（上四休四，白班8:00-18:30，夜班18:30-05:00）

職位要求：
1.本科學(xué)歷，化工類相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2.一年以上水性涂料相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3.良好的實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作技能。
4.良好的溝通技巧及團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。
5.良好的英文及計(jì)算機(jī)知識(shí)。
