?Leadtheshiftteamtomeetplantandbusiness’scommitments/demand.
帶領班組團隊按時完成生產任務，保證產品質量，確保公司業務正常運行；
?Managevariancesanddeviations.
制定和執行現場作業標準及工藝流程，及時有效解決生產現場的異常情況，及時進行分析處理調整，按照應急程序組織處理；
?Coordinateshiftactivitiesintheentirevalueaddedchain,fromrawmaterialtofinishedproducts,andensureoverallshiftteamperformanceincludingSHEandhousekeeping,Qualityofproduct,CostandEfficiency/Productivity,Communication,networkingandTeamwork.
依據生產任務指標，與其他職能部門進行有效溝通并達成解決方案，包括從原材料的進入到產成品的出庫；
做好環境保護和勞動保護，保證團隊安全、文明生產；
加強成本管理，降低管理費用，保證質量的前提下實現單位低成本的最低運行；
?Administrateoperators,techniciansandcontractorsintermsoftraininganddevelopment,shiftmanpowerskillplan,progression,disciplinaryactionsandperformanceappraisal.
管理員工的操作紀律，從生產技能、安全及能力發展方面輔導員工，幫助員工成長。

SkillandKnowledgeRequired:任職資格：
?CollegedegreeinChemicalEngineeringorrelatedfield.
專科以上學歷，工科或化工相關專業優先考慮；
?2-3yearsoraboveexperienceinproductionfunctioninchemicalindustry.
2~3年化工或其他相關制造行業經驗；
?ExperienceinMulti-nationalcompaniesorcoatingindustryispreferred.
有在外企或涂料行業工作經驗最佳；
?Motivatedattitudewithsolidsupervisingandpeopledevelopingskills.
?良好的團隊領導，溝通協調能力；
?GoodcommandofEnglish,especiallycanreadthedocumentsonEnglishversion.
具備一般的英文文件閱讀能力。
