PRIMARY  RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  Develop  new  adhesive  and  coating  technologies  according  to  the  company  technology  roadmaps.

2.  Complete  projects  according  to  customer  needs  and  timetables.

3.  Ensure  that  customer,  Sales,  and  Application  Engineering  have  all  technical  information  needed  to  properly  cure  and  use  new  formulations.
確保客戶、銷售、應(yīng)用工程師都有完整的信息從而能正確固化和使用新的配方。
4.  Stay  current  with  patent  and  chemical  literature.
了解最新的專利和化學(xué)文獻(xiàn)。
5.  Interface  with  Manufacturing,  QC  and  AE  as  required  to  solve  customer  problems.
銜接好制造、質(zhì)量控制和工程應(yīng)用，切實的解決客戶的問題。
6.  Maintain  laboratory  notebooks.
做好實驗紀(jì)錄。

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
職位要求：
?  Bachelor  degree  with  2-3  years  of  formulary  development  experience  in  adhesives  or  coatings.
本科以上學(xué)歷，有2-3年膠黏劑或涂料配方的研發(fā)經(jīng)驗。
?  Experience  in  1-part  and  2-part  adhesive  systems  based  on  epoxy,  polyurethane,  moisture/condensation,  and/or  addition  systems.  Cationic  systems  experience  strongly  preferred.
有單組份和雙組份的環(huán)氧、  聚氨酯、  濕氣固化及其他體系經(jīng)驗。有陽離子體系經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
