1、大專以上學歷（含大專）；
2、3年以上質量管理經驗，至少有1年實際帶團隊的經驗；
3、有從事客訴處理經驗，并有光學film材相關行業的尤佳；
4、語言表達能力較強，性格穩重隨和，開拓能力、寫作能力及電腦操作能力良好。
