具體要求:
Job Description:
1. Handle delivery orders, delivery schedules, shipments requirements, and / or requisitions to dispatch right stocks to right orders and to process required documentats and labels. Responsible for transfer purchase order in accoardance with replenishment planning.
2. Assist logistics manager to manage transportation activities for domestic shipments and distribution according to defined service levels, performance targets and costs.
3. Evaluate & monitor the performances of appointed service providers, handle non-conformance service issues and ensure compliance with company policies and EHS standards.
4. Prepare and assist in annual physical inventory/ stock audit; Confer with supervisor to determine overdue material and to inform supervisor of material status; Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and related departments;Analyze information gathered in order to identify potential problems or discrepancies according to company standards.
Job Requirement:
1. College degree or above(Undergraduate majored in logistics / supply chain / business management or majored in English)
2. Good work management skills; Basic English skills (CET 4); Logistics knowledge; MS Office Skill(Chemical knowledge; Basic ERP (SAP) knowledge: CET-6)
3. Logistics related experience(2-years MNC or Chemical Industry logistics related experience)
4. Integrity and honest; Customer Focus; Communication and Interpersonal Understanding; Team Working
崗位職責:
1. 處理交貨的訂單,交貨時間,裝運的要求,或要求派遣右股權命令,或申購派遣合適的股票,處理所需文件和標簽。負責補貨計劃轉移采購訂單;
2. 協助物流經理來管理,根據定義的服務級別,性能指標和成本,國內運輸和配送運輸活動。
3. 評估、監控指定服務提供商的性能,處理非一致性服務的問題,確保符合公司的政策和EHS標準。
4. 協助準備年度盤點/存貨審計;確定過期的材料狀態,過期的通知主管;收集的信息根據公司標準進行分析以確定潛在的問題。
崗位要求:
1. 大專及以上學歷,物流、供應鏈、工商管理專業優先;
2. 英語4級以上,有物流知識及MS Office技能;
3. 2年以上化學或物流經驗;
4. 為人誠實守信,良好的溝通能力,具有團隊合作意識
