1.Providetechnicalservicetocustomersinareaofresponsibilities(Segments:CEIPandNBD).
2.WorkcloselywithSalesMgr&TS&DMgrtoidentifytechnicalproblemsandlocatesolutions.
3.WorkwithSalesandMarketingtoidentifyhighvalueprojectsandcommittobringingresultstosuchprioritization.
4.WorkwithTS&DcolleagueswithinAsiaandinotherworldareastobringnewpotentialtechnologiesandproductsintoAsia.
5.Ensureprofessionalismindealingwithcustomersinordertogaintrustandrespectfromthem.
6.Managealaboperationsafelyandensure“right”projectsarebeingworkedonwithinbudgetedresourcesaccordingtoprioritizationbyTS&D/Sales/Marketing&proceduredefinedbythecompany.
7.WorkwithlabMgrtomaintainHS&Ecompliancerequirementsthroughliaisonwiththeinternal&localauthoritiesandotheradministrationalpartifrequired.




BUSINESS/TECHNICALSKILLS&EXPERIENCES(Musthave):

1.5years＇workingexperience,ofwhichsignificantpartinaTS/R&Drole,preferablyfromacoatingscompany.
2.Demonstratedtrackrecordofcommunicatingwellwithcustomersontechnicalissues.
3.Goodtrackrecordinhandlinglabworkandprojects.
4.Goodproblemsolvingskills.
5.ExperienceinRadcure(UV)orEB(ElectronBeam)curingcoatingresinsdesiredandwaterborneLRA,additivesplus.
