Job Discription:
ACCOUNTABILITIES OF POSITION
ü Create a market development plan with clear goals and objectives to include revenue and profits targets for the area. Coordinates sales and marketing tactical plans for the South China Market. Monitors sales performance of distributor against the plan and recommends profit improvements and/or cost containment ideas.
ü Identify potential business opportunities and select effective channels to market.
ü Identify and define markets and potential for the core Additives product lines (dispersants, light stablizers, leveling agent and defoamer).
ü Achieve sales objectives.
ü Evaluate business potential and introduce new products, as needed for success.
ü Manage and develop subordinates (if any) under jurisdiction.
ü Identify major global and key local competitors, develop profiles, and monitor competitive activity.
ü Evaluate Additives’ products versus local competitive products.
ü Identify new product development projects and lead commercialization targeting specific market applications.
ü Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
ü Four-year technical degree, preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
ü Minimum 8 years industry experience in coating industry.
ü Understand basic English.
ü Prior experience in paint and coatings markets desirable; experience in wood coating would be a plus.
ü Exceptional business savvy – knowledgeable in current and possible future practices, trends and information affecting business. Knows the competition. Strategic planner. Keenly aware of how strategies and tactics work in the workplace.
ü Command skills and perseverance – Drives actions. Does whatever it takes to get the job done despite resistance. Inspires sales to achieve targets. Never stops driving toward goal.

1、 制定華南區銷售策略并執行以達到銷售目標。
2、 負責華南區重點客戶的市場推廣和銷售并建立良好的合作伙伴關系。
3、 跟蹤代理商的銷售情況,及時協助代理商完成銷售目標。
4、 發現潛在市場和客戶并能通過有效渠道打開市場。
5、 分析競爭對手的市場推廣并提出相關對應方案。
6、 根據市場需求提出新產品項目并能實現新產品銷售。
7、 在合適的時間下,帶領和管理銷售團隊。
任職要求:
1. 4年制本科,化工相關專業畢業。
2. 涂料行業5年以上工作經驗,至少3年以上銷售經驗。
3. 對國內木器重點客戶熟悉優先。
4. 有助劑經驗優先。
5. 具備基礎的英文聽說讀寫能力。
6. 為人誠實,勤奮,能在壓力下工作。
7. 性格開朗,善于溝通,具團隊協作精神。
